who wants to be a leader??

not everyone in this world want to be show as a leader. so many factors that cause it. here are my opinion.

three things that someone not brave enough to be a leader:

1. don't want to take the responsibility

2. afraid to face the contrary upon them

3. afraid to lost their quality time

i think this can reduce the problem why people afraid to be a leader:

1. human was created in this world to be a leader. there something we ought to realize that what for we live in this world. don't afraid to make mistakes. nobody's perfect. we just try to do the best. 

2. every single thing in this world has two side in it. it's a natural about pro and contra. we are human, not an angel. the most perfect human in this world which is Rasulullah SAW also get the pressure from his enemies, even worse. but there is something called 'patient'. the more precious you are the more tests you get.

3. back to the first point, the creation of human must have it's own purpose. later we will be asked with our Creator, 'what have you been doing in this world?'. do you have the answer?
